We delivered the absolute best, simplest user experience for PayPal customers, piloting PayPal’s first adaptive and responsive website experience today on paypal.com/us paypal.com/uk and paypal.com/de. We framed the challenge listing constraints, truths, and limitations of our own offering and capabilities. We defined the physical affordances available to the user, unpacking and synthesizing our findings into a coherent vision.

We’ve taken all the core information on the desktop version of the website and adapted it for small screens and touch-based interactions. We created wireframes with detailed specifications to describe functionality and user interactions for all relevant screens.
